Access to the roll up door in the rear is available from a driveway on the north side of the building. 

We are centrally located, just west of Beach Blvd. and south of Slater Ave.  Downtown Huntington Beach and freeway access are just minutes away.

The rent is $1,700 month with a 1 year lease.  A Security Deposit is required.
