Our units are refurbished, with approximately 1,200 sq. ft. and consist of an office area, a 1/2 bath, a storage room and large warehouse.  Ceiling height of the warehouse area is 15'. Access to the roll up door in the rear is available from a driveway on the north side of the building. 

We are centrally located, just west of Beach Blvd. and south of Slater Ave.  Downtown Huntington Beach and freeway access are just minutes away.
